Facilitating is one of my favorite components of my work. Having spent most of my career in tech, I understand the difficulty of navigating burnout, perpetual change, and complex team dynamics. My workshops are designed to address these challenges and provide powerful insights to shift teams into a space where they are fulfilled, balanced, and thriving. This powerful and holistic workshop is designed to help you and your team understand the cycle of burnout and how to overcome it through awareness, self care, and personal agency. This session goes beyond self care tips, and provides a deeper insight mastering self-care and reducing stress. This session will give you practical applications of self care and of ways to implement it into both work and life. This session will begin and end with mindfulness meditation to leave your team feeling grounded and refreshed.
Insights Discovery
Insights is a psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung used to help people better understand themselves, others, and make the most of the relationships that affect them in the workplace. When individuals understand themselves better, they can better connect with their colleagues, improve collaboration, and better overcome challenges. By increasing the understanding of individuals, you can expect improvements in your team’s engagement, productivity, teamwork, and leadership.

Gallup research proves that people succeed when they focus on what they do best. When they use their strengths, people are more productive, perform better, and are more engaged. The challenge is that many of us are not aware of our strengths or we take our talents for granted. Clifton Strengths is designed to help you discover what you naturally do best. With this awareness, teams can use their results to maximize their potential and work better as a whole.
