Coaching
Coaching is a powerful tool that increases self-awareness and helps you create a life you love. My approach to coaching is strengths based and I leverage the Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment with clients to give us a road map of how to use your talents to make positive change in your life. As a coach, I help you think outside the box and arrive at creative solutions to get you unstuck. The process of coaching is action oriented, goal focused, and future looking. An example of this in practice is rather than asking “what's holding you back?” asking “what’s helping you move forward?” In this way, coaching helps you make shifts in your life with accountability, support, and levity along the way.
