Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness Meditation focuses on using the breath to regulate the body and mind to help slow down our thoughts and reduce stress. Mindfulness is best described as “awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally.” In this way, we acknowledge thoughts, feelings, and sensations, and gain increased clarity, self-awareness, and calm.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa is a style of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. Using your breath in this conscious way has a profound impact on the body and mind. My practices are creative, high-energy, and accessible for all levels. Vinyasa yoga helps you develop a deeper connection with your body, mind, and spirit.

Four small lit candles in wooden holders are arranged in a line on a woven surface, with soft-focus flowers and sunlight streaming through a window in the background.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. This practice is done lying down and turning the attention inward to create a state of deep awareness and relaxation. Yoga Nidra is a deeply restful and rejuvenating practice that helps reduce anxiety, regulate our nervous system, and support restful sleep. All this practice requires is a willingness to lie down, let go, and rest.

  • “I’ve attended Tania's weekly meditation sessions for over a year. It’s always a good reset to focus my energy for the week. She truly welcomes any ability and any mindset to each session free of judgment. Even on days where I am distracted, Tania has a way of guiding the focus back and making it feel like I can show up in whatever state and still get something out of it. It is always a way for me to slow my racing thoughts and is very impactful to my workday and daily life.”

    - Anna B

  • “My job in tech sales is super stressful. Tania's meditative sessions are an oasis of calm. I love her guided meditations and breathing exercises. After one of her first sessions I attended, I asked her if she could stay after for a few minutes to give me some personal advice on handling stress and work/life balance. She took ten minutes out of her busy day to truly listen to me and offer advice based on her personal experience and expertise."

    - Kurt Tarpley

  • “Tania is an amazing gift to all of us. She masterfully leads weekly 15-minute meditation sessions that are open to all. She is also a powerful coach, who has helped me enormously. Tania is one of the best listeners I have encountered in my life. Thank you for all you do for everyone, Tania.”

  • You do not need any experience to participate and benefit from the practices. The beauty of yoga is you can adjust your practice as needed for what feels best in your body.

  • Yoga nidra stimulates deep rest and it is perfectly normal to drift into sleep. Falling asleep means you were able to reach a state of relaxation. You will still benefit from the practice and you can use the experience as your body’s way of telling you you needed more rest.

  • When you enroll in Mindful Mondays , you will receive a link for where to access the recordings so you can watch them at any time.
